These terms apply to your use of game.daoyidh.com, the DaoYi Studio games website run by Vincent Cheng in Taiwan ("we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What this website is

The website presents our games and apps for Android and links to each one's own site and Google Play listing. Nothing is sold here: downloads and purchases happen on Google Play.

2. The apps

Each app is covered by its own privacy policy and, where it has them, its own terms. You can find them on each app's site and in the list on our Privacy Policy page. Downloads and in-app purchases are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Coming soon

Apps marked "Coming soon" are not released yet. Their features, languages, prices and release dates may change, and an app may not be released at all.

4. Content and trademarks

The text, artwork, screenshots, names and logos on this website belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may view the website, link to it and share its pages. You may not copy, sell or reuse its content, for example in other apps or websites, without our written permission. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. The Nunito typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.

5. Using the website

Please do not try to disrupt or overload the website or the servers behind it, access parts of them you are not meant to, or copy the website in bulk with automated tools.

6. Links to other websites

We link to Google Play and to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We try to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise that it is complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Taipei have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the consumer protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim at home.
