Is Paw Pop Match free?

Yes. The game is free to play and shows ads between levels. An optional one-time purchase, Remove Ads, turns the full-screen ads off for good.

When do ads appear?

Only between levels or Endless Vault rooms, never while you play: at most every second time, at most once a minute, and never after Level 1.

I bought Remove Ads. How do I get it back after reinstalling or on a new phone?

Use Google Play with the same Google account you bought it with. The app checks your purchases when it starts and whenever you return to it, so the ads go away on their own. If they still show, tap No Ads at the top of the screen and choose Restore purchases. Restoring needs an internet connection.

Will I lose my progress if I reinstall or change phones?

Progress is saved on your phone. If Android backup is on, Android can copy it to your Google account and restore it when you install the game on a phone signed in to the same account. The game has no accounts or cloud save, so we cannot recover progress for you.

Can I play offline?

Yes. The whole game works without a connection. Only ads and purchases need the internet.

How do boosters and the Paw Pass work?

Hint, Shuffle, Undo and the Hammer unlock as you reach levels 1, 4, 7 and 10. Every win earns a crown (two for three stars), and crowns climb the Paw Pass to unlock free boosters.

How do I open the Endless Vault?

Finish all 100 levels on the map. The Vault then gives you rooms with a rising score target, and your best run is kept.

How do I delete my data?

Clear the app's storage in Settings → Apps → Paw Pop Match → Storage, or uninstall the game. The privacy policy explains backup copies and advertising data.
