Firefly Jar: Focus Timer

A GENTLE RULE

• You get a grace period (20 seconds by default) to answer a call or check a word.
• Turning the screen off is never a distraction. Put the phone face down and study.
• Nothing is lost beyond the one firefly. No points deducted, no streak police.

A JAR THAT GLOWS

• Each firefly caught tonight makes the jar brighter.
• At 4 a.m. the night's fireflies rise into the sky as stars, so the night above your jar fills up over the weeks.
• Twelve species to discover, decided by how long, when and how often you focus. All of them are free.

FOCUS TOGETHER

• Create a shared night sky, or join a friend's with a six-character invite code. Up to eight friends share one summer night.
• Everyone's fireflies rise into the same sky: yours in warm tones, your friends' in the color of their species.
• See who caught how many fireflies tonight. A sky lasts seven nights, then fades.
• Anonymous, no sign-up: just pick a name your friends will see.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED, FREE

• Stats: tonight, this week, this month, streaks, the last 14 nights, minutes by activity.
• Activity tags: study, homework, work, reading, exercise, other.
• Ten languages. No sign-up. Works offline.
• Your focus history stays on your phone. Joining a shared sky shares only the name you pick and your fireflies (species and time) with that sky.

NO ADS WHILE YOU FOCUS

There are no banners and no interstitials. The only ad in the app is one you ask for: after a firefly flew away, you may watch a short video to call it back, once a night.

THE LANTERN PACK

One optional purchase, yours forever: three more jars, three more night scenes and three more ambiences. It never changes what the free app can do.
