By downloading or using Cutie Blocks (“the app”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its artwork, sounds or other content except as allowed by law.
2. In-app purchase
“Remove Ads” is an optional one-time purchase sold through Google Play. It permanently disables full-screen ads in the app for your Google account. Payments, refunds and billing are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Play's refund policies.
3. Advertising
The free version of the app shows ads served by Google AdMob. We do not control the content of third-party ads, and your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.
4. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles and is part of these terms.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that saved progress will never be lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
6. Changes
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.

下載或使用 Cutie Blocks（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）即表示您同意本條款。若您不同意，請勿使用本應用程式。
1. 授權
我們授予您個人、非專屬、不可轉讓、可撤銷的授權，在您擁有或控制的 Android 裝置上，為個人非商業娛樂用途使用本應用程式。除法律允許外，您不得複製、修改、反向工程、轉售或散布本應用程式及其美術、音效或其他內容。
2. 應用程式內購買
「移除廣告」是透過 Google Play 販售的選購一次性商品，購買後將永久關閉您 Google 帳戶在本應用程式中的全螢幕廣告。付款、退款與帳務依 Google Play 服務條款及 Google Play 退款政策辦理。
3. 廣告
本應用程式的免費版本會顯示由 Google AdMob 提供的廣告。我們無法控制第三方廣告的內容，您與廣告主之間的往來僅存在於您與廣告主之間。
4. 隱私權
我們的隱私權政策說明本應用程式處理哪些資料，並構成本條款的一部分。
5. 免責聲明
本應用程式依「現狀」及「現有」提供，不附任何形式的保證。我們不保證本應用程式不會出錯或中斷，也不保證儲存的進度永不遺失。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們對因使用本應用程式而產生的任何間接、附帶或衍生損害不負責任。
6. 變更
我們可能不時更新本應用程式及本條款。變更後繼續使用本應用程式即表示您接受更新後的條款，最新版本以上方生效日期為準。
